Qualified candidates must have polished professional appearance, excellent customer service and phone etiquette, solid computer skills and the ability to learn new software programs quickly. To be successful in this position, candidates will need to be good at multi-tasking, stay organized and work well under pressure. Law firm experience is preferred.
