Downtown Houston law firm is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. Experience working in a professional environment is required. Qualified candidates must have strong Microsoft office skills, professional in attitude and appearance, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Daily duties will include answer phones and direct incoming calls, assist with incoming/outgoing mail, maintain supplies for office, assist with setting-up/clean-up boardrooms and other tasks as requested. Parking is paid.
