A prestigious Dallas corporation is seeking an experienced 5+ year Executive Assistant to support the team, overseeing a variety of administrative tasks and taking on other duties as needed. Candidates must be polished, professional and show initiative and enthusiasm for administrative work.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage an active calendar, schedule meetings and arrange travel
  • Keep current business and personal contact lists
  • Receive, screen and route incoming calls
  • Prepare correspondence with great attention to detail
  • Represent the office to internal and external constituents with polish and professionalism
  • Handle all matters proactively and expeditiously
  • Exercise good judgment and impeccable discretion regarding confidential and personal matters
  • Demonstrate consistently positive interpersonal interactions
  • Welcome guests and ensure an experience befitting the culture
  • Assist with a wide variety of special projects as needed

Skills and Experience:

  • Administrative experience supporting senior level executives
  • Experience coordinating and booking air travel, hotels and ground transportation
  • Excellent communication skills and a flexible and helpful, can-do attitude
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs with initiative and enthusiasm and juggle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
