Law Firm Receptionist/Assistant
Downtown law firm is seeking a polished, professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to answer phones, greet people with a smile, set up for in-house mediations and arbitrations, keep the kitchen clean, order supplies and backup legal staff as needed. MS Word, Outlook and accurate typing skills required. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to multi-task is reliable and has a great attitude. This is a Temp-to-Hire position.
