We are assisting a prominent law firm searching for an Applications Coordinator to join their team. Key responsibilities will include reviewing the firm’s existing strategic technology plan and identifying, proposing, developing and implementing an associated applications technology plan that will achieve the firm’s technology goals. You’ll serve as the firm’s visible representative for its technology approaches and initiatives and will provide technology coaching and training throughout the firm, as part of its overall master training program, and assist all team members in becoming more effective and proficient users of technology. Additional responsibilities will include preparing and managing technology budgets and monitoring and controlling technology expenditures and engaging in research, analysis, and intelligence gathering regarding current and emerging legal market and industry technology trends, for use in strategic planning and budgeting and competitive firm positioning.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible technology training and integration experience in the legal field or other professional services organizations
  • Strong technology proficiency, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, Captivate, customer relationship management software, document management software, enterprise time and billing software
  • Exemplary teaching, training, coaching, presentation, and e-learning developments skills
  • Experience building, managing, and tracking budgets and analyzing ROI
  • Strong project management and event planning abilities, including demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Exemplary interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership, collaborative, and consensus-building skills to work closely with attorneys, managers and staff
