Administrative Assistant

International law firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their Austin office. This is an entry level position and perfect for someone who is looking to get into the legal field. Responsibilities will include coordinating travel arrangements, teleconferences and video conference meetings; preparing client invoices, bills, expense reports, etc.; document preparation; and maintaining social media platforms. The chosen candidate will be tech savvy, high energy and have excellent administrative skills. To be considered, you must have a Bachelor’s degree or up to three years of experience working in a corporate environment, have excellent attention to detail skills, research and database experience and terrific communication skills.
