How Does Trainer on Call™ Work?

» Law firms or corporate legal departments purchase a pre-determined number of hours of
   phone support per month.
» When a staff member needs assistance, he/she simply submits a help desk support
   request which is immediately e-mailed to our training staff.
» One of our experienced trainers will provide assistance by e-mail or phone to solve the
   problem.
» All support issues and resolutions are stored in a database. Each month we provide our
   clients with a detailed report including description, resolution, time submitted/resolved, how
   much time spent on each issue and total time for the month.
