| Responsibilities: |
 | Review, organize, scan and file case-related documents in a paperless office system |
| Maintain sole responsibility for knowledge of all legal software programs including Summation, Sanction, iConect, TimeMatters and Worldox |
| Assist in any and all technological aspects of trial preparation, i.e., coordinate trial hardware and software, assist case paralegal in preparation of trial notebooks |
| Coordinate off-site storage of case files |
| Train to operate the firm's technical equipment and software |
| Purchase office supplies |
| Assist legal staff as needed |
| Required Skills: |
| Four-year degree |
| Strong working knowledge of MS Office |
| Punctuality and professionalism |
| Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task |
| Proven organization skills |
