Marketing Coordinator - Dallas
This position works with the attorneys in the Dallas office, the Dallas Marketing Manager and others in the firm's marketing department to build and support the marketing and business development initiatives of the firm.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing position, preferably law firm, or other professional services firm
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with PageMaker, Quark Express, FrontPage, Dreamweaver and other web development software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task under pressure and produce results in a dynamic and competitive environment
Attention to detail
Ability to develop good working relationships with attorneys, colleagues, clients, media and other professionals
Event planning experience is preferred
Responsibilities Include:
Participate in the planning and production of client proposals and collaterals such as brochures, RFP responses, practice descriptions, deal lists, client presentations including PowerPoint and other materials as appropriate
Assist in writing, editing and maintaining all attorney resumes, practice profiles, industry profiles, deal lists, and other collaterals which provide support and serve for attorneys in their business development efforts
Coordinate and assist with community and client events and retreats including management of invitations, contact databases, scheduling of facilities and catering, securing firm attendees for events, and other duties as required
Assist in the coordination of business development seminars for clients and attorneys including calendaring, production of materials and handouts
Maintain and distribute calendar of events related to the Dallas office and to the firm
Assist in the development and maintenance of a database for marketing proposals and related material
Assist in the development and maintenance of a contacts database for marketing initiatives
Assist with updates and maintenance of the firm website as needed
Assist other members of the firm's marketing department as needed
Coordinate all client CLE events
Coordinate all ticket requests including the firm suite at the American Airlines Center

Attorney Resource is looking for an Account Manager to drive growth and revenue for our Houston office. This highly visible role requires the competitive drive and energy of a sales veteran, looking to be part of an enthusiastic, driven sales and service team. This opening is an incredible opportunity as the position fulfills both the "bull pen" excitement of a sales floor as well as a fun, supportive, team culture unique to our company. As an Account Manager, you'll be expected to implement a consultative sales approach and sell a full range of Attorney Resource Marketing Staffing solutions to targeted accounts and prospects.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing a sales territory account list of 50 to 75 targeted accounts and prospects
Developing and executing Account Strategies
Conducting research on accounts and prospects to identify potential business problems
Presenting Attorney Resource staffing solutions and project staffing in a way that the client perceives the Account Resource as a trusted advisor and an ongoing resource to solve marketing capacity challenges
Working with client's HR, Procurement and Finance teams to establish working relationships including negotiating and executing Service Agreements
Networking within local industry organizations by participating in events and building relationships
Consistently achieving/exceeding sales targets and gross profit growth goals
Qualifications:
Three to five years' proven sales performance as an outside sales representative selling, staffing, or marketing services to both corporations and law firms
Proven experience leading all aspects of the sales process
Consistent achievement of sales objectives and quota
Understanding of marketing functions a plus
