Junior Conflicts Analyst - Dallas Junior conflicts analyst with 2 - 5 years’ related experience. This position requires a working understanding of large law firm processes and procedures as well as general familiarity with the various practice areas handled by the firm. A working understanding of the Rules of Professional Conduct and ethics law and opinions relating to conflicts of interest is essential. Experience with legal research and writing required. Analyze conflicts of interest issues relating to new firm business, lateral attorneys, new staff, and potential merger candidates. Draft conflict waivers and ethical walls as needed to resolve potential conflicts of interest.
